What are your shipping terms?
We currently offer EXW and FOB Hong Kong. We work with a Hong Kong forwarder, so we can arrange export from Hong Kong for FOB HK orders.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Please contact us with your target quantity. Sample and small-batch evaluation orders can be discussed case by case.
Can I get a sample for evaluation?
Yes. Sample availability depends on current stock. Send your application, quantity and lens requirements through the contact form.
What are the payment terms?
Common B2B payment methods are available. Final terms are confirmed in the quotation based on order value and your location.
What is the difference between JM611A1C and JM609A1C?
The JM611A1C is a CVBS output core (3 pins, ≤63 g). The JM609A1C adds USB 2.0 and UART control and is lighter (≤30 g, 5 pins).
Can the camera be customized?
We can discuss lens matching, cable, mounting and interface requirements for OEM and ODM projects.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on quantity and current stock. We will confirm the schedule in your quotation.
Are there export restrictions?
Some infrared imaging products may be subject to export controls in certain regions. Buyers are responsible for compliance with applicable import and export regulations.
